Lighthouse Lacers

June 2018 Lighthouse Lacers Newsletter

The May 12th meeting was held at Festival foods, 3207-80th Street, Kenosha.

Four members were present.  We discussed the Civil War Museum demonstration.  We also thanked Jan for teaching our two-day retreat “starts and finishes” in bobbin lace.  Rose will check with Hospice on when they would like the display for tree (will be used to sell raffle tickets at Farmers Markets).  Volunteer hours submitted by group to Rose were 443.

Retreat for 2019: topic, teacher, one or two days, consecutive days or week apart like this year are things to think about. Remainder of meeting spent on working on tree decorations. The garland is growing and Jan brought a number of completed items.
